I installed this fixture installed today. The fan works wonderfully and moves plenty of air. I thought this was wood and metal but it is all metal and there is lighter paint on several spots that are supposed to be pure black. Poor quality control since this wasn’t caught before being boxed up. The fixture won’t accept any bulb longer than a typical light bulb, which means those cute slightly elongated Edison bulbs won’t fit in this fixture and that is extremely disappointing. Clearly the design lends itself to the Edison bulbs but now I have to look for Edison bulbs in the standard modern bulb shape which is not what I wanted. I like the fixture but I am disappointed that the paint job is poor and the fixture can’t fit the Edison bulbs I purchased for it. I would also prefer this be dimmable but it’s not. The lights are either on or off, no dimming capability. All in all it’s ok, but definitely fell short of my expectations. Picture: There are only 2 bulbs in the fixture because I can’t use the bulbs I bought for it (they are too long) and I only had 2 other bulbs on hand.
