This futon SUCKS. The cushion is so thin I can feel the metal frame when I sit down. Wish I had the patience to disassemble it all and put it back in the box to return it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!

Actual product seems smaller than the picture. It’s also not as fluffy and dense like the photo. It feels flat and under stuffed. Back recliner feels solid. My choice gray color is quite accurate. Good for smaller folks and small spaces.

This item did not come with the required hardware for the back cushion so that you can lie down, as it stated. The product description said that it was different from other futon couches because the extra stability made it better. The cushions are not as expected. They are very thin and not at all like pictured in the photos, and were vacuum sealed when they arrived. What I received was definitely different from what I ordered, including the hardware, the style is mimicking but not the same, and the color is off. It wasn’t worth what I paid for, as the item photo was deceiving.

They sent me the wrong parts, the only solution they gave me was to return the item and have to take it myself because they made a mistake. I recommend that if you are considering buying it, think about it beforehand, since the solution they give you if it arrives in poor condition is to return it and have to take it yourself to UPS or FedEx and wait for them to review it to process the refund.

Pretty color, soft texture but definitely not as much cushion as appears in the picture. I would not consider this comfortable. It would be great for a kids playroom but not fit for adults. Kind of disappointed in the purchase overall.

The installation was a breeze and it only took me 30 mins to do it myself. It’s versatile enough that I can use it as a couch or a guest bed for my office room. The pillows are not as fluffy as the picture after settling down for 3 days though

This futon sofa fits my living room very well, the fabric is smooth and the cushion is very soft and comfortable. It’s also able to lay down and convert to a bed. The instruction is also explicit, and the assemble process took me around 15mins. Overall it’s pretty good.
