This pillow is described as being useful for 'any sleep preference' when it comes to laying on your back, side, or belly. I have not found that to be true. If I do not sleep on my back, I have a sore neck in the morning. It's better than the $5 pillows I had before, but I can't seem to find the right pillow. From $5 to $100, I can't seem to find a pillow, regardless of price, that does not leave my neck stiff in the morning.
