The box arrived over a week after the delivery date listed on the website, and the box had large dents and a hole in it when it arrived. The parts were poorly labelled, with some screws not having any label on them. There were also brown smudges on the inside of the sealed bags, and the screwdriver provided had visible rust on it. Some of the pieces barely fit together, and I had to use clamps to be able to screw some of the pieces together.
