I purchased this 5x8 Arlo rug just days before we unexpectedly rescued a black lab puppy, during mud season in New Hampshire, nonetheless. I thought my beautiful new rug was doomed and didn't stand a chance, to be honest. But much to my pleasant surprise, it looks exactly as it did the day I got it. The way the colors are weaved, it makes any dirt from shoes, animals, etc just blends in. I do vacuum both sides of it (per the instructions) several times a week, but I swear, it can handle anything! I highly, highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with this rug. It's a great accent to finish off our room with. It's easy to unpack and roll out where you want it. I suggest putting some furniture on the ends to help flatten it out.

Totally my fault for not being more careful with studying the design before ordering. The colors are great for my room but the oval shapes are distracting (remind me of Easter eggs) and the fringe a little longer than I like. Will continue to try to work with it rather than go to the trouble of returning. As happened with other buyers, the rug arrived before the pad.
