This is the 2nd rug we've purchased from Rugs.com and we're completely satisfied. This recent purchase (5x8) fits perfectly under our dining room table. The original [5x8) is in our living room and has drawn many compliments. Delivery time Is outstanding. I'm sure we'll purchase more rugs from Rugs.com in the future.

The rug looks very nice but is thinner than I expected. This is the ivory and it had more darker tones than I thought. But you can’t beat the cost and free delivery. I love this company!!!

I bought this rug last month. It arrived very quickly. I was so excited. However the colors just didn’t go in my room my fault. The rug was beautiful. I emailed the customer service department. They sent me prepared labels and gave me advice on how to re-package the rug for return. I dropped the rug off at federal express and received my full refund in a couple days. It was the easiest return I ever made. I feel bad the rug didn’t work out. look at others on the site. The rug was very nice.
