Not easy to open. The plastic wrap has no perforation to peel the wrap off, had to use a small knife to cut it, then the whole wrap wanted to peel off.

This spice went really well with my chicken ! And what's more no one had this ingredient available when I needed it except "Target.com" also I really appreciated ordering from Target they did not charge me any shipping cost ! So Go Target !!!
