A: try an airfryer - you may need to bake in more than one batch depending on your air fryer capacity. Silicon trays or metal trays to hold the batter. Good luck.

A: Hi Frannie! The box directions call for 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, margarine or spread and 1 egg. No vegetable oil is needed.

This is a family favorite in our home and a MUST HAVE!! Our kids enjoy mixing it and being that it’s easy to prepare, it’s something they’re able to prepare independently on their own and we, the adults handle the oven part. It takes delicious, soft, moist and not too sweet!

Haven’t tasted it yet, so can’t comment on taste. Their regular brownie and cookie mixes are fine, so I’m sure these taste good. However- the cookie did not spread AT ALL over the top. In fact, the weight of the raw dough on top of the brownie made the cookie dough portion sink through, and when I took it out after adding extra time, the cookie portion was still entirely raw in the middle. So apparently now I need to overcook the brownie to sufficiently cook the cookie dough. I saw some reviewers say they altered the directions, so maybe that helps, but this mix didn’t work for me as directed.

If you love a great chocolate chip cookie, and you love a rich chocolate chewy brownie, imagine both those flavors complementing each other in one awesome bite! I alter the preparation directions a bit - dropping the cookie dough onto the top of the brownie batter so it is more widely distributed over the top - spreading more of that goodness into each bite. Yum
