Taste was really off. I think it's the oil they use. The minute I cooked them and tested them, I immediately threw the bag away. They weren't expired, the oil just tasted nasty whatever they used.

It's getting harder and harder to find tots that don't have a mashed potato-like consistency. Tater tots are supposed to be DICED potatoes, not diced/mashed. These also don't have that much flavor to them. I wouldn't buy them again. I'm gonna have to start making my own.

My husband picked a 32 ounce (2lb) bag of Ore-Ida Golden Tater Tots from the grocery store. These iconic frozen shredded potatoes were part of my childhood. They are absolutely delicious, especially when cooked in the air fryer.

I love these mainly for breakfast, however I discovered from tik-tok that they make an excellent helper to rotel nacho dip. They are so flavorful, crunchy, fulfilling and perfect without added salt. If you have kids you’d love to try this method for rotel, I promise it would be a hit and make the meal go a long way.

I really dislike these tator tots. You changed an original taste that many have grown to love and this is horrible. It’s tasteless and it’s not the old ore ida we fanatics grew up on. Just a few years ago you changed it and over seasoned them and now it’s come to this. Really Ore Ida? Go back to original we beg you. For anyone out there who prefer this version just because they prefer it healthier make your own tator tots and leave original recipe alone. Or better make your own healthy version of Tator tots brands and leave the original recipe we all grew up on. Bring it back I don’t care what preservatives or added ingredients it had. I can’t stand these.

These tater tots have a great flavor combo in them. I can taste the garlic and other seasonings in the tots. I cook these in the air fryer for 20-25 mins at 400 degrees. They come out crispy and perfect and my family loves them.

The seasoning was all off on these, they had an off taste and were overly salted. I ended up throwing away the bag because they tasted so gross. Go with the mini-tots, those are DELICIOUS!
