Was so excited to see these back on the shelf. What a disappointment!!! Even my husband noticed and he’s not the picky kind at all. Not crunchy at all. Please go back to the old product. Definitely won’t be purchasing again. 😕

I’ve eaten oatmeal squares almost every morning for decades, but this replacement version is not good. I bought 4 boxes. After one helping, I trashed the rest and donated the unopened 3 boxes. I really miss this cereal but the replacement version is a non-starter.

I can’t believe it after months of waiting for the cinnamon Square crunch cereal from Quaker oats due to their screwup! They changed the recipe. Why would they do that? Isn’t there anything to loyalty anymore? We were loyal to the cereal. We love the cereal, the crunch, the heaviness the Feeling of being full after eating it. Now we have puffs!! So unhappy, first at Southwest and now it’s Quaker Oats! You’re gonna have to find a whole new millions of people to eat your cereal

This is my favorite cereal. We just discovered it this year and our whole family loves it. Very lightly sweet, great crunch and a very appealing shape. It’s delicious with our without a bowl of milk, however, in milk it still maintains a great crunch. I always get 2 boxes when Target runs their 2 for $9 promotions! Love it!

I just bought my first box in about 5 years, and I'm sad to say, it's nothing like the version I grew up with. What we loved about it was the hard CRUNCH, so satisfying. Now, they've inexplicably made them airy and puffy. It's so different they should call it a different name--Oatmeal Puffs. Quaker + PespsCo, it's not the same cereal--so don't call it the same name. Puffy, flavorless, ersatz (an inferior substitute).

I used to love this product but they have definitely changed the recipe and the new version is terrible! The squares aren’t crunchy enough, they lack flavor, and they disintegrate in liquid way too fast. I don’t know why they went and changed a great product. I’m also a little surprised the recipe made it past testing…who in the works likes styrofoam like cereal with very little flavor? So disappointed.

The new recipe is a joke compared to the old stuff. The new recipe instantly disintegrates in my vs the old having a good amount of texture to it. It seems like that they decided to make a cheap product that is like any other cereal on the market. I have been accustomed to the original recipe for at least 20 years and it is sad that they made such an awful change

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have been eating this cereal for years and was so hurt when they stopped production, understandably. I actually prefer the new. It's still sweet and crunchy. Yes it's different but in a good way. The older version was more compact and hard while this new version is lighter and WAY easier on my teeth. I love it and hope it stays this way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Flavorless, textureless, crunchless pieces of cardboard. Yuck! So sad, it used to be so good! I will not waste my time, calories, money on this product. Oh and you can change the name to Oatmeal Tiny Rectangles.

Been missing it since the recall. Still not on shelves near me. Now I’m hearing it’s back but has been changed. Why would you do this to us. :(. One of the few cereals I like that can also be bought in wic. I longed for it my entire pregnancy and was teased by seeing it listed on the approved list only to never see it in stores.

No flavor, no crunch, it's not even square anymore, the color is even lighter, it's just not the same! What happened?? Bring the old recipe back! That is the biggest problem with these companies, leave the recipe alone!!! That's how you start to lose customers! Just disappointed and sad that I have to stop eating something that WAS so good and NOW tastes horrible!!!

These have recently been changes to smaller rectangles that don’t taste as good. They also are softer and instantly get soggy in milk. Unless they go back to the original recipe I will mot be buying these anymore.
