Grabbed it two days before Christmas – it was almost expired (Dec 31st) and the only option left on the shelves. We put it out on a charcuterie board for our Christmas guests to enjoy but nobody touched it. Turns out, it tasted AWFUL. We’ve been purchasing from this brand for over 10 years and Brie is usually all buttery and delicious, but this was just overwhelmingly salty. No buttery notes at all, just straight-up saltiness that couldn't be hidden or disguised with a cracker/fruit pairing. It ended up in the trash – such a waste! Brie is usually a star of our holiday spreads, so this was a major bummer. The close expiration date probably explains the weird taste although there were no visible changes to either color of the rind or texture of the cheese. Definitely learned my lesson about checking dates carefully. It's annoying having limited choices near the holidays, but this was a brutal reminder that quality matters, even when you're short on time. Total cheeseboard fail.

Delicious deal. Great quality for the price. Back of box says Made in USA. My fam and I love a soft, creamy Brie and this one is soft and creamy enough for me. We’re glad this Brie is available @ Target. Oui love this Brie! Haha Highly recommend.

The last 3-4 times I’ve purchased this from target, it has started to go bad (despite a “sell by” date that is still a few weeks out). The rind is thinned out and furry and the cheese has a really bitter smell. A disappointment, since this product is usually a go-to for me.

I ordered this Brie as part of a drive-up order and it was completely covered it white fuzzy mold. I usually like this Brie otherwise, you know, when it’s edible.
