for the past several months the quality in this flour has gone down. i used to not have to sift it, but now it is always sooo lumpy and has big hard chunks of flour in it. really disappointing.

When buying flour at target please make sure you check the dates.. Most of the bags were already past their expiration date. BUT Target has the best price on flour!!!

Please do not buy this flour. I had an infestation of bugs a couple months ago from a bag of this flour. We stopped buying this brand, my husband accidentally purchased it and again there are bugs in it! At least this time I checked right away before they could invest our cupboards again!

Even they are using to put them in plastick bags for shipping they have holes in them including in the plastic part . The packages when they are sending them are made for all your products to come to you damaged.
