I love the taste of these vitamins and I’m so glad I found them. They have a spongy texture, which isn’t an issue for me, it actually reminds me of the whale-shaped gummy candy. I used to have as a kid. I can’t remember what they were called.

You know, there’s no shortage of chalky tasting supplement on the market so it’s nice that this one wasn’t. I won’t pretend to be a proponent of supplements that taste like candy but this one was still good all things considered. I was able to take the entire course as directed and feel the packaging did in fact keep the gummies in tact for the life of the product.

Love the One A Day brand and all the various vitamins and supplements they offer! The Women's Gummies have all the necessary vitamins for the average adult plus some extras for a healthy heart and immune system. While the flavor is good, I feel like the gummies are a little top chewy and don't melt as quickly as other gummy supplements.
