This product gets a lot of heat. For changing the formula but I personally love this chocolate chip granola bar. So much. It’s like I feel so guilty for eating it. But it's so low on carbs. So whatever diet stuff they put in here I am all for it. People complain that they took out the artificial flavors and preservative. But I like that they did that. Less fake stuff.
How can something so tasty be good for you?

I have been eating these bars for years because they are the only ones that did not contain malitrol or sucralose as I am allergic to those chemicals. Recently I've been getting sick after eating these bars every day, vomiting, diarrhea, itching and headaches. It finally dawned on me to look at the ingredients again and sure enough they started putting sucralose in these bars! Now I have to throw away 3 boxes and stop eating them. I have a sucralose allergy. I want to know when this change happened.

Awful taste, It has a minty plastic aftertaste. What is causing that nasty taste? Go buy think protein, zone perfect, or even pure protein bars- way better than this. I’m scared to open the other box which is the peanut flavor.

The food tastes really good and the meals are easy to follow if you're following he standard Atkins 20 meal plan. I just wish it included less avocado and they give alternatives to people who don't eat pork in their plans. Also wish it wasn't so pricey.

If you can find the old version, get them. The new "all natural" ones are the most horrible thing I've ever tasted. Whoever decided to put "Same great taste" on the box has obviously never tried the original bars, because these are no longer edible, which is sad because they used to be my favorite meal bars.

Did they change the recipe? The Chocolate Chip Granola Bars now have a peanut butter flavor that neither my husband nor I like...at all. If we wanted a peanut butter flavor, we would be eating your other bars with that flavor. At first I thought maybe their was a quality control problem at the factory, but when we looked at the box and saw the word "NEW", we figured the recipe was changed. We have been eating this meal bar for breakfast and lunch for several years now, and when we bit into this "new" bar the for the first time, we cringed at the new flavor and texture. In addition to the new flavor turning us off, the new bars are not as crunchy, so we also don't like the new texture. We are hoping you go back to the delicious recipe that we so enjoyed. If not, we may have to find another better tasting meal bar.

I used to buy these by the carton from the website. With the new formulation, this bar has gone from 5 star yummy to 1 star inedible. They have some kind of new binder that has a terrible chemical taste and mouthfeel. "Same Great Taste"? -- I Don't Think So!Atkins: please bring back the old formula!

The Chocolate Chip Granola Bar has been my favorite for years. HOWEVER, last week I noticed the taste was a lot different. I checked the packaging, and the box states New, No artificial colors, flavors, preservatives. It also says 'Same Great Taste!' Well, the taste is quite different.

These used to be delicious - I ate them every morning for breakfast! However, they taste different now, and not in a good way. The after taste is gross - I have to choke it down. I discovered the taste change a couple of months ago but thought I was crazy because the two boxes I bought after that were fine. However, the two that I bought last week are disgusting. I'm not sure what is going on but it's very disappointing.
