Description
This mesh back task chair in charcoal gray with a pewter finish is a fun modern design and adds a pop of color to any office or room. The chair has a 275 lbs. weight limit and provides a pneumatic gas lift mechanism for adjustable height options also offers tilt tension, a spring tilt mechanism and an upright lock. The chair also offers a sturdy 27 inch pewter base with 2 inch nylon dual wheel castors for a smooth roll.

We purchased this chair and 6 months later a wheel sheared off when we sat it in it. Luckly no one was hurt. It is past the return policy so I am stuck with a four wheeled chair. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

My husband put this together for me. When he sat in it try it out, the plastic part of the caster attached to the legs where you insert the roller broke on all 5 casters.

The chair looks nice and is pretty comfortable. I noticed right away it didn't roll around very smoothly. The wheels don't all move in the same direction and sometimes won't roll at all. After about a month, the locking mechanism that keeps it from leaning back would fail at random. Terrifying and embarrassing, especially when you are on a work call. After not even 4 months, this happened while my 210lb boyfriend was sitting back in it not even at a full lean; the lock failed and sent him flying backwards, one of the wheels broke clean off, and he ended up hitting his head off a table behind him. Definitely not a 275lb weight limit and very dangerous. Spend more money on something decent.

This char was delivered with a crack base, also with very visible scratches on the legs of the chair.
To top it off the chair did not include any of the screws or an other tools needed to put together the chair.

I bought this red chair to be the "punch" in my Red Sox office design. I love the chair. It is quality, comfortable and perfect for the room. The ONLY thing I don't like is that the back of the chair is a bit too slanted back and I find I need a pillow behind my back. This may be a problem because I am only 5'1". A taller person might not have the same issue.
