It’s definitely a frozen meal! I choked it down because I’m really trying to lose weight. You can’t beat 28 grams of protein under 200 calories though.

I grabbed this to eat during my break at work. This company needs to make sure their employees are wearing hair nets because I found a long brown hair in my food after I heated it up. I didn’t have time to get anything else so I’ve had to go my entire shift with no food. It was unopened when I found it.

The chicken is fine, the sauce seems overly bland, but the peas did not taste fresh (and I'm one of the 3 people in the world that like peas). They seemed near-spoiled and kind of ruined the meal.

When I first discovered these dinners, I was over the moon. Tasty and convenient. What's not to like. Then I realized the 'what's not to like' is the chicken. Rubbery, discoloured and has a weird mouth feel to it. I would love it if you came out with a veggie and sauce only version of all your dinners. That way I could add my own chicken. Either that, or improve the quality of your chicken. It's nowhere near 'natural'. If I eat one now, I pick out the pieces of chicken and discard them.

So disappointed at how little food actually comes in this giant container. The food itself isn’t bad; the flavor is decent but for what you get, $3.50 is extremely overpriced for this box.

Most of the chicken was very dry and rubbery. The “pesto” was more like a bland, watery Alfredo. It was edible… but ehhhh

The chicken isn’t great, portion small, and missing ingredients. There are no peas in the last three that I purchased. Barely any pesto flavor if any. They’re good for a small easy meal but definitely not as advertised

Missing Ingredients! There weren't any peas or pesto flavors in this package...Manufacturing error/oversight? The "chicken" if you can call it that was boiled not grilled, and tasted like rubber. The sauce had zero flavor added, so it was like having oil and heavy cream on rubber with frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Not appetizing at all and it definitely didn't fill me up. I will not purchase this again.

I bought this frequently about 3-4 years ago and they were OK. The one I are tonight was really bad. The chicken is not grilled bit looks like it was boiled and has the texture of imitation meat (maybe because of the soy fiber in the chicken). There were no peas, the broccoli was all stems. There was a lot of cauliflower. The pesto sauce was OK. But why do all the food companies feel they have to put so much salt in all their food? The food is marketed as "healthy" but has 26% of the recommended daily salt intake. I bought two other steamers and will be interested in how they compare to their previous quality. Hopefully the grilled chicken was a fluke and not representative of the current quality of Healthy Choice steamers.

The food itself is fine, nothing amazing, the portion is really small especially considering the amount of packaging. Inside you'll find not one, but two seperate blastic bowls, one being the steamer basket. It's just mind boggling that people still make and buy things like this while other brands are using paper bowls that hold up and don't cotribute to plastic waste. I definitely won't be buying these again nor will I recommend them. Do better. Do better.
