Q: Dies this really weigh only 35 lbs? (that would be great!) I've been looking at similar chairs for several weeks and the lightest seem to weight 70 lbs.

A: The chair is 3 pieces total: The main frame, the seat cushion, and then the back piece slides straight down and is secured in place by the main frame. It makes it easy for one person to move this chair from room to room and get through tight doorways.

A: No there is not a zipper on the cushion or someway to add filling to make it more comfortable. Also altering the product in anyway would void the warranty.

Very easy to assemble and sturdy for an accent chair. It is smaller than I anticipated, and very firm. Works well as an accent chair for my office, but I wouldn’t recommend for heavy/regular use in a living room.

I was looking for a less expensive occasional chair that my elderly father could sit in when he visited. The seat needed to be a bit higher, with arms, and a flat back. This chair checked all those boxes. The seat and back are quite firm. The faux leather/suede look isn’t too cheesy looking, which I was worried about, and actually hides stains well. It doesn’t get everyday use, but so far it is holding up well. It’s a normal/smaller sized chair, big enough for one person, not some big recliner.
Studded Beading is Awful

I ordered two of these chairs. They were super easy to put together. I honestly love everything about them except for the beading. It is done horribly. The beading is crooked in several places. I even have a large gap on one of the chairs where they did not space the beads well, and even left beads off. Just complete shoddy work. The chairs are firm, but I like that. The dark teal color really is a dark teal color. I would love these chairs if it wasn't for the cheap looking, poor craftsmanship of the studded beading. Now I'm stuck trying to keep angle the chairs in a certain way to where the worst parts of the beading aren't visible.

For almost 6 months we hunted for a guest room chair. We found chairs that were $2000 or more or chairs that wouldn’t be in stock for months. Finally we found this chair. It was priced right and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chair. I’m not a fan of the rivets but that is a personal preference. The chair is well constructed and fairly easy to put together. All in all a good chair for the price.
