Q: I received my pillows and the tags were cut off and the pillows were just in a plastic bag, is this normal? I am not even sure if these are the correct pillows.

Q: I ordered a set of the Queen Med and a Queen Firm. Both sets had no shipping label and nothing on packaging stating which is the medium and which is the firm. How do I tell apart? Both look identical.

Fluffed up the pillows as instructed. Looked good, but when I went to bed, they went flat! Its like they are only half filled and the rest is air! Very strange pillows. Unfortunately I threw my old pillows away so can't return these. Very disappointed. Will need to get something else. Maybe ordering pillows online is a mistake.

Disappointed should have known something was different came rolled up in a box not in the usual zipper bag with her name on it haven’t lasted 2 months already squished I tried processing a replacement for the firm but their processing a return instead. I guess I’ll be moving on to a different brand after many years of being happy with this product
