They taste great! I picked up a pack for a masters swim meet knowing I’d need something in between sprint events. I should have brought 2 packs with but I only brought one & saved half before my last sprint—I felt a noticeable difference in my recovery between my third and my last events. I can't use the typical running gels because they bother my stomach. I love the Honey Stingers gummies since they are easy to chew or I can slowly keep it in my mouth when running. The variety of flavors are good too. I like them all.
