We needed an entryway shoe storage bench and we found this. Fits in nicely. We have oak flooring so the color is a good fit. Solidly made. Ships disassembled. The instructions are 90% correct (in one section, they had the part reversed, but I was able to figure it out).

This item is a nightmare to assemble and it is not built to last. The doors, in particular, are especially atrocious. For the price, this should come fully assembled, with mitre joints and glued!! It is not likely to last for more than a year. The doors will be the first to give problems. It looks okay when assembled and the wood is decent so I'll give it two stars. Looks are deceiving. This is a shoddily designed product and is not user friendly and will not last long. Beware.

I love the look of the bench, now that it is in. I ordered it on 8/15 and finally had all the pieces on 9/5. We opened the box and a piece packed in the middle was cracked in half. It was the right leg that holds it together. I requested a replacement piece instantly and had to wait almost 2 weeks for the part to arrive. So we had a giant box sitting in our home. The bench was easy enough to put together,but the middle stability boards would not go in 100%. I could not get the shelf holders in and had to use a rubber mallet the holes were just too small. I was so excited about the bench but it was very disappointing and frustrating with customer service

Just spent 3.5 hours assembling this. It seems very sturdy and attractive. The major drawback was that assembly was difficult. A few pieces were labeled incorrectly, and one support piece had been installed backward, forcing me to drill new holes for the screws. If you're willing to put in some time and brains to put this together, it's very nice.

This bench is just what we wanted. It is our third piece of furniture from this line and I am continually impressed with how well constructed the furniture is. This time, my 8rd old helped build it. So, I'd say construction is relatively easy. I was also impressed that there were shelves you could choose to put inside the bench. I hadn't noticed that in the description and it was a nice surprise to have the option. Absolutely worth the money.

Looks just like the picture. Cubbies are small, my husband left out the extra shelves to create a larger space. Two doors would’ve been better. Other than that it’s awesome. A bit pricey but it’s good quality..

Very good quality for the price. The top board does feel high end furniture. I feel safe to site on it, very stable. It took me 4hrs to assemble it, but would take probably half of the time if doing it with two folks.

Love this bench!!! The pieces are solid and the instructions were easy to follow - they even separated all the screws and misc. items in numbered little baggies. It took about 2 hours to assemble, with the help of hubby, but we couldn't be happier!!
