I needed just a couple of ounces of roasted cashews for a vegan curry recipe. These fit the bill! They were fresh, well-roasted, and salted to perfection. Sometimes you feel like a nut, but not a lotta nuts! Great flavor, too.

There was so much salt on these that I felt sick after. I wish Target sold unsalted dry-roasted cashews like I've been getting from another store. These also aren't of consistent quality - even in this little single-serving bag, there were several pieces that were discolored/patchy or had gone rock-hard.

I love cashews and these did not disappoint! They tasted fresh and most were not broken. They contain sea salt but do not taste overly salty. I prefer this brand to planters because they are fresher. I will purchase these again for snacking and for a cashew chicken recipe.
