When I opened the box I found the top piece of the item was cracked in two places so I returned it and ordered the same exact item again. I received the item a second time and it was cracked again!! Very disappointed because I really like the look of this tv stand but I will not be taking a third chance.

This was a perfect item with our coffee table! It was a bit hard to build but just be patient. Overall it’s a great product and if you’re looking for a fireplace with a cheaper price this is the item for you!

I'll start with a positive, this item looks beautiful once assembled. Assembly took FOREVER and instructions were sometimes difficult to follow. The main reason for giving this two stars is for the facts I've owned it less than two weeks and my actual fireplace unit only works when it wants too. When I initially set it up the unit didn't seem to blow alot of heat out anyway. Within a week it started not working at all. After resetting the fireplace it would still not work then randomly if I get lucky it works again for a bit. After the time it took to assemble, how big and heavy it is, and the fact I have trouble walking it's nearly impossible for me to take it back or I would. I was so excited, and have been left very disappointed. I have another unit similar style elsewhere in my house that cost about 150$ less and works much better. Wish I would have just bought another of those!

Super excited to get this piece. Opened it and realized the back panel was fractured down the entire backside. Mind you, this piece is SUPER HEAVY. Had to haul it back to a UPS store. Hopefully the replacement isn’t cracked

Looks great but very time consuming to put together. There were steps in the directions that should have been done before others to make it easier. They should drill the holes where need be instead of having to push your way through with a screw. Must have patients to assemble to be written in bold print.
