Full Chicago Coil Spring Mattress Futon - Dual Comfort

We purchased this futon for a guest room. Assembly wasn't the easiest but wasn't the hardest. There were a few dings on the wood here and there but nothing visible. The spring mattress is thick and firm. Not sure how comfortable it will be. We'll probably add a mattress topper for guests. All in all a decent purchase.

My peat suede futon arrived as promised. When we unpacked the mattress, we discovered that one of the buttons had popped through. I contacted the manufacturer per the instructions on the box. They were polite and professional and handled it immediately. The new mattress arrived in two days. Couldn't be happier with the service. Only minus is the design. Seat tips down quite a bit. Without pillows behind your back, the average woman's feet are off the ground. Was planning on using pillows anyway, so not a deal breaker. Love the color and the fabric, too. Highly recommend.

This futon is very nice, comfy, and was fairly easy to put together. It took 2 hours to put it together, I was able to do most by myself and the last step did need two people. The only downfall of this that other futons have, you have to have two people to put it back into the couch positon.

This futon is very sturdy and is high quality. The directions and hardware were very organized making putting it together easy. Very happy with the purchase

We needed a futon for our living room and we bought this on deep discount. We chose the dark blue mattress with the darkest wood (Note: I think the darker colors hide any imperfections or "cheapness" but that's just me). I chose to have it delivered and not have someone assemble it. It arrived on time in three separate boxes. If you don't plan on paying more to have the futon put together, you MUST have multiple people help carry the boxes. They're extremely heavy. My husband was able to put the futon together pretty easily using the tools, dowels, and pieces shipped. He admitted this was harder than a usual futon due to the heaviness of the wood and the amount of pieces, so unless you're very handy, hire someone with a toolbox and a knack for putting furniture together. Nothing was chipped or broken in transit, and we put a clean fitted sheet over the suede mattress until we can get a slipcover. A solid, quality frame, and the mattress is firm but comfortable. I'd say this is great for a dorm room, guest room, child's bedroom, or with a high quality throw and slipcover would look great in a studio apartment. We are both average size and height and sat on it comfortably. I am 5"4, he is 5"10, and when it's in a seat position, each of us could lie down and nap without our feet dragging over the edge. When folded down into a bed this would fit an average size adult with a small child, or two children comfortably. Definitely get a slip cover or fitted sheet over the mattress, as the suede is very soft but I guarantee will stain easily. Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. I'd compare this to Wayfair furniture. Would buy again.
