Q: is the white just flat white, or does it have some brush/wood style marks? In one of the pictures it looks like it has a little contour of color. But can't tell if those are just like shadow or if it truly is just completely flat white.

Q: can you replace the knobs? do the drawers pull all the way out? If not, how far do they extend?

A: Hello JLO, great question! Yes, the knobs can be replaced, a 22mm screw is used with the knobs. These drawers can be pulled out all the way if the wooden dowel stopper is not installed. If the stopper is installed the drawers will pull out about 10 inches. Hope this information helps!

I purchased this dresser a year ago, and it was a disappointing experience from the start. Delivery took an unusually long time, and even after having professionals assemble it, the dresser has never functioned properly. It lacks a roll track system—instead, the drawers slide against the side paneling, which makes opening and closing them extremely difficult. The design is flawed, and the drawers stick constantly. Overall, this piece has been more frustration than function. Save your money and look elsewhere.

It’s a really nice dresser, but it came with one of the wooden pieces crooked so a drawer cannot go in and out. I’m hoping that the company will replace the piece.

Just put this together alone 8 months pregnant. Easy but time consuming. Feels like it is good and solid, but will see with time and use. Looks great in my baby’s room and big enough for her to grow with.

This dresser took my husband 4.5 hours to put together. The directions had no words or instructions and after he would do a step, the next photo would have the step flipped (like the piece would be flipped upside down) with no indication that you were supposed to do that in the given step. Please improve the assembly instructions.

Looks great. Did take a while to assemble but very happy with the finished product. My one note is the drawers only open halfway which makes it hard to full use the space.

Just have a little patience when putting this together and two people makes it easier. Drawers are fairly smooth and aligned. DO NOT throw any packing away until you are completely finished.

Smells like chemicals

I thought after at least a month the chemical smell would go away, but it's been 3-4 months now and it still smells like chemicals. I've aired out my bedroom, gotten an air purifier, but still smells the same. I took the nightstand out of my room and within an hour the awful chemical smell went away for the most part. It's also very hard to put together. My hands were raw and red and you can't use electric tools. The dresser is sturdy though. I'd say if you want to buy this brand new, I hope you have a garage or some outdoor space to let this furniture off gas for several months. Or try to get it second hand so it's off gassed most of the chemicals

The drawers are good size and it is a pretty dresser, but the drawers keep coming off of the rail. The pine peg to keep the drawers on track seems like it is not the greatest engineering design. The product came quickly however. It took about 6 hours to assemble.
