I bought two bottles of this when it was on sale and considered returning the second beause I disliked the flavor so much. It doesn't even taste like olive oil to me. I LOLed when I was in target the other day and randomly saw they increased the price of this to like $18. I wouldn't pay $6 for this. I'll use the second bottle to clean out my cast iron pans.

I would recommend this oil if you’re looking for a clean, single-source oil for everyday cooking. When I tasted it out of the bottle, there’s very little flavor. So if that what you need, this is perfect for that. Otherwise, I can’t recommend this if you’re looking for that traditional Italian olive flavor.

It does not contain gluten for allergy sufferers. I am a person who smells everything and I will tell you that it does not have a strong smell like other oils, I usually buy another brand but since I tried this I will definitely be buying more.

I drizzle it in my air fryer when cooking with it to prevent things from sticking together and I also use it in recipes. I recommend serving it with a scoop of pesto in the middle as a dip for various breads, or using it on fish in particular while cooking. Great flavor!

This one is daring without being obnoxious. It's delicious on a salad with balsamic vinegar and works well in tomato sauces. It's new delicious and can compete with anything on the market.
