Not intensely hydrating so not for super dry skin. I use a heavier product around eyes and mouth then layer this gel cream on top - you can seal in other products by layering this. Elf has done a good job not adding fragrance, and excellent ingredient list.

They have good ingredients that are effective and also incredibly good and beneficial for your skin. There is a very very light clean scent that does not smell of chemicals or anything of that sort so I feel comfortable using it. This moisturizer is light and very smooth when applied to the skin it soaks right into your skin leaving it soft and hydrated.
