Q: The description says the ceiling drop down height 59.5 inches, adjustable cord length, but one of the questions asks if it's adjustable and the answer was no. Can you tell me if I can make it shorter?

A: Hi E, thanks for being interested in Ink+Ivy products. The base of the chandelier is not adjustable, but the hanging height is adjustable with a 57" long cord length for your proper desired length if needed. Hope it helps. Enjoy your shopping!

Q: The specifications on this product says that the cord length is 72 inches. I seecontradicting information that it is closer to 57 inches. We ordered because we thought it was going to be 72 inches plus the lights. Is there anyway to make the light longer?

Q: How close to the ceiling can I mount this? I'd like the bottom of the fixture no more than 4 feet from the ceiling.
