Nourison Graphic Illusions GIL09 Indoor Area Rug

I ordered this rug on November 20th. It arrived today, November 30th and I LOVE IT! This rug was originally $914.99 and was on sale for $365.99. By the time I applied my Kohl’s cash and my 30% discount this rug’s final cost was $268.50...shipping was free. This rug is gorgeous and the quality is far superior to other rugs in the same price range. You can’t really tell by the picture but the design etched in this rug is higher than the background which gives this rug beautiful texture and is very soft to the touch. The design is really pretty. It appears more faded on one edge then starts to get a little darker on the opposite edge giving the rug an old world feel but still modern at the same time. The backing is supple which allows the carpet to lay smooth. Although is came tightly rolled, the little bit of curl on the inside edge flatten easily by rolling about a foot or so in the opposite direction and it laid flat with 20-30 minutes. I ordered an 8 x 10 felt rug pad which is highly recommended by most carpet manufacturers and designers. There are rug pads that come 6 x 9 but the designer said to go bigger and cut it down. It should be about one inch from the edge. I really can’t say enough about this rug. I am so delighted with my choice! In the photo below the edge by the TVs console is folded over only because I haven’t put is under the sofa yet as I’m waiting for the rug pad to come.

I purchased this rug 2 weeks ago for my master bedroom and I am so happy I did. It feels good to walk on, it adds beauty, and a classy accent to what was once a dull room. The neutral color and graphic designs will go perfect in any room.

I have to say the rug in person does appear quite different from the pictures online- however it is a pleasant surprise how the illusions of color is represented in this beautiful rug. It's elegant and well made. The rug has an almost silky feel and appearance at each angle and the rug changes a slight tone.

I recently purchased this for my redecorated living room. It is a stunning addition which adds an element of interest in the room. The coloration is beiges to greys and it subtly changes hues throughout the day into evening. I really like it!

We needed an entry way rug, and this one fit the bill perfectly. It lightens up the entry area, which was quite dark, and the front door glides over it easily. Very happy with this beautiful rug, it looks like it cost much more than we paid!

Absolutely beautiful. I love this rug. I purchased in ivory and grey and am in love with the ivory. I can't wait to order in a larger size as well. They are a little thin, but for the price I don't think you could expect more. Just add a rug pad and it is perfect!
