Did it fluff up the full amount after opening and following instructions? Yes. Is it the softest topper ever...maybe. Definitely not the softest to me but if you have a terrible mattress you may appreciate it more. Biggest con (and probably the reason I'll return it) is the backing has a weird plastic feel that makes a noise if you move in bed....sort of like the plastic backed sheets used when kids are bed wetting. Going to give it a couple more nights to see if it goes away, if not will be returning it - it's not that good that I can overlook the annoying noise.

Fluffiness DOES NOT LAST. Was fine for maybe the first month or two. Literally miserable sleep from using it now with what feels like a hole in the middle.

This mattress topper was comfortable for a little while. When it started to flatten out I followed directions for fluffing. It helped, but never got back yo the original fluffiness. Just recently I decided to give it a full wash. I again followed the manufacturers recommendations and used a laundromat washer (without agitation) and dryer. It is now unusable. The material in the mattress topper is now all balled up and I cannot get it to separate. Very disappointed since I followed the instructions provided for cleaning.

The baffles become flat over time especially in the middle. Directions say to fluff it every time you change your sheets. This is good advice. The edges definitely have more loft than middle, which is why I rated it a 2star

Get it if you are having back pain from your bed. It's so soft and plush and you can feel the padding. It has fabric holsters to keep it in place on your mattress.

It felt like clouds for the first week but after a couple months I noticed the fluffiness went down dramatically, now I feel I'm sleeping on a mattress without a topper, I expected more but disappointed, won't recommend to anyone.

I do not care for this topper- and I don't understand the >60% positive reviews. While putting this on the bed, I found several tufts of the filling that didn't make it inside. This fiberfill is not of the best quality, so it wasn't surprising that it quickly deflates. While it looks fluffy when you put it on the mattress, even a tight fitting sheet will not keep it from shifting around as I get into bed. After my husband gets in on his side, it ends up bunched up in the middle of the bed, which isn't comfortable at all. Additionally, even when I have reached up under the fitted sheet to smooth it back in position, the bed looks lumpy when it is made. For both of us, this topper is a hard NO.

I am shocked that there are so many good reviews for this topper. I bouth this in September, and it is completely flat already, just 6 months later. I am a small framed woman and cannot belive this. I have spent way less than this for a better and long lasting mattress topper. I will never purchase another casaluna topper again. Purchase with caution.

Game changer for better sleep! Flipped my memory foam mattress to this firmer side and placed the mattress topper on top paired with the target brand memory foam mattress pad. Feels like Sleeping on a cloud no more back pain or unaligned spine while sleeping
