There were some assembly pieces missing so needed to get an entirely new box shipped (instead of the missing piece). But we love the piece so much it looks great!!!

This product exceeded my expectations. While you do have to assemble it, it was relatively easy. The instructions were incredibly clear and it came together in a couple hours. The fireplace itself is great. I love that you can have the flame on without the heat. While obviously fake, it doesn’t look cheap at all. The flames actively move up and away from the logs rather than just flickering in place. Really impressed with this.

This took awhile to put together, but the directions were very detailed so it wasn’t hard. The quality of the stand is INCREDIBLE!! Also, the fire place has two different switches. One, to turn on and off the fire display, and a second to turn on and off the fan that does have heat.

I was super pumped to get this on a pre-black Friday sale so I didn’t realize there weren’t any reviews until I was struggling to get this beast put together last night. Assembly is not for the weak—figuratively or literally. Nothing was pre drilled but instead only with small markings for where the screws should go with an emphasis on ‘should’. The drawers don’t fit flush following the marks and the cabinet doors don’t sit straight while having about a .5” space between the doors. By the end of it I figured it would be fine/not obvious once I got the heater put in and running.... which would probably be true if the heater at least blew out any noticeable warm air. I have a small living room and can’t feel any warmth unless I’m sitting on the floor directly in front of it while the heater is on (heat and light are two separate options which is actually pretty nice at times). Honestly the poor functioning heater is probably the biggest disappointment with this purchase. Bottom line there’s no way I’d buy this again and wouldn’t have in the first place if it wasn’t $200+ off at the time—I can’t fathom how irritating it would be to pay full price for this quality. I would return it but there’s no way I have the willpower to disassemble and rebox this monstrosity and physically it is kind of nice looking from a distance...just not in my small living room.
