pillows are definitely hotel-style, but fume/smell is still coming off both pillows a full week after being put of the package.

Thank you for your purchase and we appreciate the feedback. It sounds like the packaging odor might be lingering and that could be due to ambient heat and humidity. I bought these a couple of months ago and loved them so much I just placed another order for 5 more! There was a slight smell in the beginning but it only lasted a day or two.

This pillow goes completely flat with the weight of a head on it. It seemed like decent material but the filling was worthless and would provide zero support. Plus it was shipped in a plastic bag that was not sealed at all, which seemed sketchy. Returning immediately.

This item ships with basic packaging that we sell to hotels (versus fancy polybag packaging with logos - so sorry about that). Finally decided to spend a little more on a pillow in hopes it would last longer. I was very disappointed. after only 2 months i wake up with neck pain because all the stuffing moves to the ends of the pillow leaving it flat in the center. So sad I wasted $40 on this and that was on sale. I can imagine spending $80 in this. Wish I could return it.

Hi Darla, Thanks for your order and review. Being a down alternative, this pillow features 'loose' filling which can migrate around. That is by design so that you can move it to where you want for adjustable comfort. We generally suggest a smaller size pillow if you want the filling to not migrate around. We also suggest throwing in the dryer once a month to help agitate and re-fluff the filling. We want you to be happy and suggest returning to the retailer so you can get a refund. Thanks, DOWNLITE

This pillow went flat a few days after using it, and no amount of fluffing revived it. It will definitely be going back.
