These are my favorite Rugs USA rugs! I I have bought over 25 of these rugs. They are the best! We have 2 large Golden Retrievers and these rugs keep your home from smelling like dogs. This time, the very cumbersome 12 x 18 has so many trouble spots. I know sisal is natural isn’t perfect but this one is in rough shape. The photos explain better. I am overwhelmed with the process of returning such an enormous tug.

I was very surprised that there is a 3-in defect right smack in the middle of the rug. It is hard to miss and significantly raised from the surface of the rug. I honestly don't know how anyone could have packaged and sent this rug in good faith.

It’s very beautiful and I think will hold up in the long haul. However, it’s not comfortable to walk on at all! Very scratchy. I will be layering with a nice soft Karastan rug which will contrast beautifully with the seagrass base. For a bottom layering rug, I’d say it’s really great. Also, I ordered a 9 x 12 and it’s not quite 12’ which was a little disappointing. But for the low price I am very happy.
