Love this pot, it's neutral so goes with everything and has just the right amount of texture to make it visually interesting without over powering other decor around it.
Nice if not damaged

The 10" pot is nice and a good size. I liked the subtle texture so it's not just plain. There is a problem with the way they're packed though. Even in store most pots have bright red smears on them from however they're packed before being put on the shelf. Definitely don't order this for shipping or pick up, go into the store and look through to find one with the least amount of gunk on it

For the price it is absolutely amazing. I've seen similar pots st other stores going for $50+ and I would say the quality is just as great as those pots going for $50+. It is very sturdy and durable. Although the drainage hole is a bit small especially for it being such a large pot, but overall it is definitely a steal.

Bought this to put my faux olive tree in. Works great just added a little moss to the top and looks expensive and high end!

Love the neutral color of this pot! I can’t wait to give one of my current house plants and upgrade to a bigger pot. It will be perfect for all seasons when I decorate. I like that there’s a drainage hole for when I tend to water my plants a little too much!
Very pretty!

I love the look of these planters. To me they are stunningly beautiful. However, the soil bled through the first one I bought and you could see visible staining. Some may like this look but I don’t. I have bought several more but have sealed the inside of the planter with acrylic paint or a spray sealer to prevent the discoloration from the soil seeping through. The other thing that I do not like is the lip inside the top of the planter. While I adds to the aesthetic appeal it makes it difficult for me to transplant to a larger size when i need to. So I just make sure I get a big enough planter from the start to avoid a future transplant. 🤭

Perfect for my faux olive tree! Like the subtle texture. Substantial weight & good quality. I’m not watering the faux tree so I can’t speak to water stains like other reviews.

Love these pots… they are nice and heavy, good quality unlike most plastic pots you find everywhere. I needed something substantial because it’s very windy where I live. I just bought 2 of the larger 12” size however I have had two other sizes for multiple years and they have held up great. My rule of thumb for all my plants is to never over water. I’m wondering if that’s why people are complaining about staining? I did have a small amount of discoloration on one pot but I sprayed it with Clorox cleanup and it seriously lightened up within minutes… no scrubbing required.

READ ME!! You can RETURN mostly any Target brand items within a year of purchase AND Target is FULL of all their brands (seriously, look ‘em all up!!) such as this one, Project 62, that makes these pots!! It does NOT have to be new or unused to be able to return (you do have to show proof of purchase though); you can return at any point before year is up IF you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason… this is their guarantee!! And I for one was extremely happy when I found this out (on their website) because, like many of you here, I am so SO disappointed when I buy something that is crap!! And then we wasted time, energy, money, AND still don’t have the good items we needed in the first place!! Why should customers constantly have to deal with crappy products?? Customers should be able to trust a store /company /brand and trust that the products they sell will be of value and good quality (at very least decent) and perform /act /wear /hold up well and do the job! AND look good while doing it (I mean, isn’t that the complete essence of what Target is all about and tries to do with their store and products in a nutshell?!) So them offering that guarantee is big time but I don’t think a lot of people know. Not gonna lie, me and my family love us some Target and spend way too much money there LoL and most items we buy are decent and don’t need to return… BUT I’ve had to return a handful of items after they’ve been in use awhile but we’re not holding up well and maybe more is coming. I had others I had to toss etc before I knew about this. Seems Target has been trending more and more towards less quality and not good design or workmanship all while continually increasing prices! Booooo. I’m SO sick of the throw away culture of these big companies. And for the life of me, after reading SO many reviews on Target, I cannot figure out why all of you just are like Oh well! have to eat yet another bad purchase. That’s your money and loyalty and you shouldn’t trust a brand, buy their stuff, and it be crap and think it’s your fault or like you didn’t know better or should’ve “done more research”, not cool, eh? But it’s not on you, it’s completely on the company and store selling terrible, poorly designed, poorly made, cheap products. Can y’all tell I’m fired up about this subject hahaha. I just hope if more people know and start returning items that are crap that it’ll change and Target will step up their game more and provide good products their customers can trust and love!!

super cute. i purchased the now discontinued 4 inch and i’m stuck wishing i’d purchased a second. for those who are unfamiliar with the properties of unglazed ceramic/stone/clay pots, yes, they absorb water & minerals. yes, these deposits are visible on the outside of the pot. personally, i think with time, it adds to the character and gives a beautiful antique look. but if it’s unappealing, purchase a glazed pot :] i believe one reviewer implied this planter likely killed her plant after purchasing. but judging by the submitted photo as well as others, it looks like too large of a pot was purchased for the chosen plant. too much soil leads to water retention which leads to root rot & plant death.

I have around 15-20 ( I don’t feel like counting) of these in various sizes and only one has discolored and it’s because I totally overwatered it once about a year into owning it. Most my plants are in their plastic containers and I don’t water heavily as they are indoors and do not require heavy watering. The one that did discolor isn’t that bad as it’s more like a slight ombre around the top so I live with it. If they’d bring back the super tall one, I’d be super happy because I’d replace it and then have a house filled with matching pots. I should say that I’ve had most of my pots for at least 2-3 years and keep adding to my collection as the whim for plants grows. Super excited to see them back in stock.
