Q: What kind of assembly is required and what tools are needed?

A: Hi - you don't need any tools. The bases are all assembled, as are the shades. You just have to set in place the lamp harp which olds the shade in place, and then set the lamp on top. Insert a bulb and that's it. Only takes a few minutes to unpack and get it set up. Hope that helps, thanks for the question!

These lamps fit perfectly in my great room. They were beautifully packaged and came in excellent condition. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they need a little more substance. I found them “light” not as solid as I would prefer. Having said that they still are great lamps, not huge but well made and well priced. I use a smart plug to turn them on and off so I don’t have to deal with the possibility of knocking them over. I am happy with my purchase as the go well with the wrought iron decor I have in the room.

Dark Bronze means black. Lamps are nice but disappointed in color.
