All ingredients are very low glycemic and will not kick you out of a fat-burning state. We sweeten the ice cream with natural sweeteners that don't raise your blood sugar or upset your stomach.
But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other "healthy" ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar! However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

What the Is company doesn't share what the public is that There are side Effects Of erythritol..Erythritol Can have the following side effects. Bloating, Gas, diarrhea, Abdominal pain.Also cardiovascular effects. Recent studies have suggested a potential link between high erythritol intake And increased risk of blood clots and heart disease. Allergic reactions although rare, some individuals may experience allergic reactions to erythriol. Such as hives, swelling , or difficulty breathing.Other potential effects. Increase blood sugar levels in some individuals.Increased platelet aggregation, Which made contribute to the risk of blood clots.You have a responsibility To consumers to divulge all information. It's about the foods that they eat.And what is in them with possible side effects?Not everybody will get them , but some people Will and I happen to be one of the people that did.I'm bloated, Full of gas, And in pain.I will be sharing about this on my facebook page.Shame on you for not devolging this information.

Absolutely love this ice cream. It is not too sweet and I really enjoy adding sliced almonds, walnuts or pecans as a topping. This variety never fails to deliver the flavor I want. I will reorder this in the future if I have enough room to store two cases in my future apartment refrigerator. If not, I will continue to haunt freezer sections in every store around. I wish there were a way to try more flavors than those offered in the stores without purchasing an entire case. The ice cream arrived frozen and very well packaged. Thanks for that!!!

This ice cream is perfection. A true dark chocolate lover's dream. Sometimes keto ice creams have a sort of chemical-ness that make me feel funny... there is no such experience with this ice cream. Eating it makes me feel just as healthy as I was before... have your ice cream and eat it, too!
