Beecher's Handmade Cheese Frozen Cheese Curd Lasagna - 23oz

The gluten free version of this lasagna is bad. The pasta was tough, the sauce was oddly peppery/spicy, and it was super salty - and I like my salt. This is very overpriced, the taste needs improvement, and overall poor quality - would not buy again. I also bought their regular mac n' cheese and the family though it was just okay/nothing special.

Hands down the best frozen lasagna I've ever had in my life. Perfect ratio of noodles, sauce, and cheese! It does have a bit of a kick if you're sensitive to spice. If not, go buy one. My husband literally just left to go buy another one because we want more.

Good lasagna but agree with others that it’s too spicy. Not sure why they added so much.

It is a little bit spicy, so if you are sensitive to spice it will be noticeable. It has enough sauce, which is more than I can say for Amy's vegetarian lasagna. It has a noticeable amount of oregano, but not excessive. Their cheeses are nice, and it is rather cheesy. We cooked it in the oven, which takes more patience, but might make it a bit better than microwaving it as it browns and probably ends up being less watery. Ours was fairly firm. Our only complaint is the price has risen drastically in the recent past.

Was only ok, too spicy with the red pepper flakes !!

Not nearly as cheesy as expecting and some herbs in it that were so dry they were like wood chips in your mouth. Heck maybe they were wood. Anyway, hard pass. Very disappointing.

I have no idea how they made frozen lasagna this delicious. I cook at home 90% of the time and really dislike most frozen food but I love this for nights when I'm lazy. It's super well seasoned. The ricotta is full of herbs that add a lot of flavor and the noodles get nice and crunchy on the sides in the oven. The marinara is also really tasty and of course because it's Beecher's, the cheese curds on top are the best part!

We love this lasagna. Even my picky toddler will eat it. It’s cheesy and delicious. I hope Target gets it back in stock soon.

Flavor Was Really Great. I Over Cooked It But Was Still Satisfied

Absolutely delicious. This also seems to somehow regulate the appetite beautifully to help prevent overeating, while enjoying a satisfying meal, something so healthful and welcome here in the US. It’s basically an epicurean ideal that’s ready in eleven minutes.

Huh? Deeply confused about the reviews for this frozen lasagna. I'm no lasagna snob but I have had homemade, and I've tried just about every brand of frozen lasagna and this one is very close to the bottom. I've had better lasagna from Stouffer's, and I don't even like Stouffer's so that's saying something. Baked this according to directions until cheese was browned on top. There were no distinct layers, 3 layers of mushy noodles with no filling in some areas and huge clumps of flavorless ricotta with no sauce in other areas. The bottom of the plan was full of pink watery juice. If nobody told me about the cheese curds, I would have no idea that they were in here. Also not sure why some people said this was spicy, maybe they've done a recipe change since then but it was very bland and flavorless to my husband and I. Overall disappointed and most definitely NOT worth 10.99.

This lasagna tastes so good it doesn’t need meat! Yeah, I said it. It’s that good. The sauce is nice and rich. We do add provolone to kick it up, but it really is good without meat.
