    I really like the look of this rug but it's very stiff and the edges are flipping up. I tried to bend them down and now it's like there is a tunnel around all the edged. I laid books, etc. on it for two days and it has not fixed it. But the biggest issue is that it smells like a farm! It is making the entire upstairs smell bad. I am going to do a bit of carpet fresh and open all the windows (now that the weather is better) and if it does not clear up I am going to return in.

    Stunning! I ordered 2 cow hide rugs for adjacent rooms. The patchwork rug is beautiful. Colors are a light cream just as pictured. 4 out of 5 stars because the rug has two flaws with stitching. I cut extra fabric off so it’s not a deal breaker. I also bought the cowhide Trellis rug. It is pretty but the gray is more like a felt type fabric with cowhide trellis (the entire rug isn’t cowhide). The patchwork rug is ALL cowhide.

    Beautiful rug. I love how the beige color lightens up the room. Seems very well made and lays nicely on the floor with a nice backing to the rug. I don't use a padding or a bottom part and it works fine for us. Just unrolled it and it quickly relaxed and we have no problems with curling on the ends. . No weird odor like other reviews. I would recommend this rug.

    This is by far my favorite rug! It’s well made, the colors are soft / muted and it’s very fitting for our mid-century modern remodel. The back is lined with a thick felt so it’s not just a hide on the floor.
