The size chart is NOT accurate, I measured everything before ordering, got to the hospital and was advised to get the S/M and could barely get them past my knees and had to buy a whole new pack right away. Super frustrating for the price. Maybe would’ve been nice if they fit but very frustrating

These are my go too when I have heavy flows! The fit is comfortable and not noticeable when wearing them, they have a nice design on them to make you feel abit better when wearing them and the size is good when you get the right size for you which I get a size up for comfort but the elastic stops any leakages! I would definitely recommend

I purchased this item, and I don't particularly care for it because the back of the panty doesn't come up high enough. I also don't care for the material of the padding. It doesn't stay flat. It lumps up. And this is with NO leaks, dribbles or whatever. I believe that the product that I purchased some time last year was called Alwys Discreet Silhouette. And it was much better. However, I didn't see it in your selection of Always Discreet underwear.

These have a strong, stinky odor, like an industrial air freshener. After the bag was opened they smelled up the bathroom! Couldn’t wear them because the overpowering scent made me nauseous.

Like that they’re black, and haven’t leaked, but they definitely run small. In no way are they going to fit up to size 14… maybe 8…without curves. I have to rip the legs a little to make them work. There’s no front or back… so they don’t fully cover your butt if curvy.

I’ve used this product for the last 3 years following cancer surgery. I loved it until about 3 or 4 months ago when I noticed some changes. The padding is lumpy and inconsistent, with thin spots and thick hard lumps in other spots. It is also narrower than previously . The underwear is not as comfortable to wear now and the protection is not as reliable..very disappointing! Six months ago I would have highly recommended this product and given it at least 4 stars but….

I've been looking for a good period underwear type of situation to be more comfortable. I really like these so far. I like these because they're like diapers and there's a pad sewn into it which is nice there's no possibility of leakage or your pad "moving" around. The fragrance is a good concept if you don't want your period smell to be noticable but the fragrance is not great, it's really strong which is the only reason why this only got 4 stars. The sizing is interesting to say the least, the size I got fits me but it may feel tight around your legs, for me it felt like that but then after adjusting a few times I was comfortable with it and it doesn't bother me now. It handles a very heavy flow so that's good. And they're disposable so you can just throw it away and start on a new one. I wear these when I'm at home and overnight. Again, they're like diapers so wearing them out it might be noticeable unless you're wearing baggy pants.

I purchased these to wear postpartum. I had no idea they were going to smell so strong like perfume. I don’t think any disposable underwear should have strong fragrance in them, especially if wearing postpartum. The sizing is way off. It says up to size 14 - completely false. I was always a xs/s before pregnancy and now bigger as to be expected but not size 14. The leg holes are so tight and uncomfortable. Waste of money don’t buy!

I purchased these to wear post C-section, I have purchased them in the past with no issues, but this time around 2 years later they were too small. These say they fit sizes 2-14 but they were too small for me and I wear a size 4/6, maybe an 8 with some after birth swelling. I was very disappointed since now I was not prepared post birth. I wish the size was more accurate so I would have bought the correct package.

Runs small compared to the other colors. This one feels kinda tight compared to the others. I usually wear a M but would probably opt for the L to be more comfy. I have the pink version and it doesn't feel as tight as the black version. This is great for postpartum & probably period too. No issues with leakage. Just hard to see when it's time to change it bc of the color

So much easier than dealing with pads. I have very heavy flow and used to have issues with leaks onto clothing or sheets - no more! The only thing I would warn about is diaper rash - I forgot that was a thing and it affected me twice, but went away quickly. Just be mindful. Highly recommend if you have a heavier cycle and want to protect your clothes or sheets

I wish you had a small size 2-8 and medium 10-14. The black ones are supposed to be hip huggers but they are not in fact I have to fold them down. The pad is very long and I am afraid they will leak at night. Other than that I think these are a lot more better than the regular ones. I would recommend these to anyone who needs coverage.
