The color and look of it are nice. Quality is awful. The box was damaged and product when arrived. Small hole..ok not a huge deal, but the bottom of this ottoman is basically cardboard. I'm afraid to put anything in it besides blankets. Lid does not shut completely either. I guess you get what you pay for on this one.

We purchased this in March of 2021 and the top is broken and will not shut properly. We’ve barely used it and I can’t believe how poorly made this product is. With a new hinge mechanism it could potentially work again because the bench itself is not damaged, just does not close properly. Not worth the money.

It comes in 1 piece. Just twist on the feet. The actual color is pretty close to the pic. There were a few loose threads throughout the piece. It’s held 240lbs sitting on it. Holds a fair amount of toys and blankets. So far, it’s a good value for the price.

It’s perfect! The color is just like the image. It’s sturdy so it’ll be perfect for extra seating. I bought it to store medical equipment I use every night. It replaced a large clear storage container. The legs are easy to put on. It’s not too heavy I was able to lug it from my front stoop myself. It does have a chemical smell at first but airing it out helped it fade within a half hour. I had such a time deciding on a storage ottoman so glad I decided on this one.

I purchased this Wyndenhall Essex cream color ottoman. It was delivered ahead of schedule. 4 hours later I returned it to a local store. The vinyl had pulled away from an interior corner and there were a half dozen large wrinkles in the uneven lining, a small tear. and a bulge here and there in the outer surfaces. All in all, it showed poor workmanship and cheap materials.

I placed it at the foot of my queen size bed, and wished I had measured and ordered a bit larger ottoman. Decided to keep and may move to another area in the house when I find a larger one.

I really love the color and style of this ottoman. I didn't put the legs on so it can be safer for my kids. I also don't stub my own toe that way. A good feature is that the top/lid stays open until you close it. I have about 5 throws inside and room for more items.
