Decent desk but motor will stop working and no one helps to get it fixed

It is a large, easy to set up that is pretty sturdy. However, the desk motor will stop working or not work properly soon after purchase. My motor stopped working a few days after Target's return/exchange policy, and they said to call Serta. Serta connect you to the manufacturer of the desk, who offered little help at all and stopped responding to emails. Look for a different standing desk. Don't buy this one.
Sturdy desk, but control panel didn't work from the start

While the desk was very easy to put together and very sturdy, the motor and control panel were broken on arrival. The control panel works on and off at random times. As you lift the desk, it will sometimes go in the opposite direction. The same goes if you try to lower the desk. I reached out to the number in the booklet and said because I purchased this through Target, there was nothing they can do. Target said I had to return the desk back. It won't even fit in my car! If you get a desk that works from the get go, I'm sure it would be a good work from home option, but it wasn't for me.

Quality Serta brand - The desk is sturdy and solid. The height adjustment is very nice and smooth. Highly recommended!
