    We have this rug in our vacation home at the beach. It's so cute in the bunk room! But the first time I vacuumed it with our Dyson, it pulled all of the loops making it appear fuzzy. I tried our weaker stick vacuum and it was fine. So if you're buying this rug, do NOT use a high-powered vacuum to clean it.

    I bought this rug 2 years ago for my uncovered wooden deck after looking at it for some time. I love the pattern and color. However, on an uncovered deck, it does not do well. It takes days to dry out after a rain and following an unusually wet spring, mold has set in. I have since moved it to a concrete patio but I'm afraid it will never dry out now. The fish look dirty though hosiing it off helps. If you want it for inside the house, it would likely work well. It is thick, well made, and comfortable to walk on. I would think it could last a very long time. Indoor = yes; outdoor for anyplace exposed to weather = no.
