I bought this rug several months ago and really wanted to enjoy it before leaving a review. I am so skeptical with rugs and was unsure about this order for so long! First things first - it’s not a wool rug and will never be a wool rug. But that being said, it’s very soft! It isn’t plush or super cushioned underfoot but the yarns are soft and nice. That being said, the soft silky yarns are exactly why there’s variation in the color. Because of the way the fine yarns lay, the color is very different depending on your viewing angle of the rug. It can appear very light or very dark. I actually like the lighter side. It’s taken a lot time for the corners to stay down, and after 4 months still aren’t perfectly flat. The couch and ottoman also leave pretty visible imprints on the rug. I don’t have a rug pad since it’s over carpet - so a rug pad might help that! The coloring and design is super nice and the rug does blend colors of a room nicely - it has beige, brown, green, hints of blue. It is really pretty! The pattern helps hide dirt, dog hair and other wear as well! I’m generally very happy with the rug for the price - having gotten it 50% off.

However, it is far better looking in person in my opinion. It is definitely the most "color changing" rug I've ever seen. One side is super light and neutral beige, and the other side is much darker and green/blue toned.. It looks like a completely different rug from different sides of the room! I don't mind this though as it is still very beautiful.

I bought this rug in beige, and it is stunning! Let me start off by saying that the stock pictures look nothing like the real thing, but if you look at the pictures in the reviews, you can get a really good idea of what it ACTUALLY looks like. This rug is not beige at all. It’s more of a light blueish/green with hints of rust and navy. It’s on the thin side but still soft and plush. I went through several rugs trying to find the perfect one and settled on this one. It is truly a great rug!

I’m really sad. I got my rug and it was completely different than the photos… it’s so blue and is suppose to be more beige and olive looking. So I’m very disappointed.
