We just got this rug for our living room in 10x14. I was a little hesitant because of the review stating that the flat parts were “very uncomfortable”. I personally don’t find them uncomfortable to the touch, but the shag part is definitely more cushiony, which does make it more comfortable than the flat parts. We were looking for a rug with a nice pattern that was 100% wool since our little one will be spending time on it and this fit the bill. The colors are fantastic, and it has made our space feel a lot more cozy.
