This is a very soft rug in the beginning and does tend to flatten out a lot. The braided ends look dirty and hard to clean. Very cute design and shaggy! Wish I could use my carpet cleaner on it to get a deep clean.

I love my rug. Though this is an alternative option from the rug I wanted originally from the same brand, I am still quite pleased. It is the perfect size for my space and with the exception of my door hitting it - which should be resolved when I get some rug tape - it is great! It is truly soft on the feet. It’s beautiful. Does not shed - which was a small concern since it is a shag rug. It also vacuums well (doesn’t snag) and I presume, should also shampoo well when I do a deep cleaning on it. Also, the price point is great - as it was also on sale. My only complaint is the packaging it arrived in. It was damaged - leaving some of the rug exposed to the elements. Unlike my previous rug order - which I returned due to packaging so damaged it got drenched in rain water due to it being left in the rain by the delivery personnel (without any notification that it was delivered) - I am happy it wasn’t raining. So, my order didn’t get damaged due to the rain however; it was still exposed to dirt and other elements. I am quite displeased with the packaging. It should have been wrapped in a couple protective layers to avoid any liquid / damage / dirt from getting to the rug. Beyond the terrible packaging, the rug itself is lovely. Rolls out nice and flattens quite nicely after a day. I would recommend this rug.

At first glance, I honestly did not think I would keep it. I thought the color was not as advertised. I was expecting a deep blue, not a lot of gray speckled throughout. It also was very thin. I let it lay flat for 24 hours, then bought a thick rug pad. This made a huge difference in the overall appearance. So I decided to keep it!

I ordered both 2 x 6 and 2 x 10 ft runners. Love the shagginess, softness, and colors. The pile on the smaller runner is missing 1 row at the edge but the shagginess covers it. Otherwise very happy with runners.

I was so excited about this rug! It looks just like it does in the pic! HOWEVER I’m SO so so disappointed in the quality of this one. I have bought several rugs from this company and I beyond love them. Great quality, SO COMFY! This company has quickly become my favorite! This rug is shag but it’s not very full like my others. So if you are laying on it and go to move your arm or leg etc. you can get snagged by the base of the rug. And you can easily see the base of the rug also. If you are getting this for a playroom or have kids I would definitely go with a different shag rug.
