The rug was shipped and delivered SO quickly with minimum packaging (even for a 9X12!). Definitely will continue to use Rugs USA in the future for the quality and price point. Picture shows rug right after unpackaging, so still some folds. Since laying it down a day ago, the rug has smoothed out completely.

    Very pretty! The 4x6 is too small for the space I bought it for, so I’m returning the smaller one and already bought the larger size. The only complaint I have is that it’s much lighter in certain light and isn’t as pretty. Adding photos of the thickness and back since most people don’t do that. Will definitely slide around without a gripper pad.

    I love this rug but the edges won't lay flat no matter what I do. I live in an apartment and I can't use rug tape that could potentially damage the floor. I've gotten my preview rugs from Home Goods and haven't have this issue so it's very disappointing. It's also too much. of a pain to return so I'm hoping to find some kind of damage proof adhesive for it.
