We are enjoying our new fan! It was fairly easy to install. The only difficulty we had was with programming the remote. The actual procedure in syncing the remote didn't match the written instructions. However, thru trial and error, we reached success! Love the sleek look of this beauty. The faux wood was the color we needed and the fact that it isn't real wood is not detectable. There is absolutely no sound from this fan. We haven't turned it off since the day we put it up!

Have this in my living room dining room kitchen. All one connected area with a vaulted ceiling. Really helps to keep the air moving and it’s very quiet.
