The material is not as soft as I would have liked and isn't terribly warm. But we use it as a decorative throw so I would still recommend it

All in all it is a really pretty blanket easy to clean/wash. It kind of has the texture of one of those rugs you get for your front door though. So I would use it purely as decoration. It in my opinion is not meant to be covered up with or used in that manner.

It's not to thick and not to thin , the weight is super light and it's perfect for chilling on the couch watching a movie .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The striped red braided rug is really beautiful- it has a really nice pattern. The blanket is made of pretty thick yarn and is warm. The yarn is pretty corse so although it is nice and warm it is not super soft.

The problem I have with this blanket is that braided fabric has pulled out and some spots in the middle of the blanket is now pulled. Its noticeable but its not a big deal.

My girls love to wrap up in it outside in the evening and swing. It’s a perfect blanket for that! The quality is nice. It’s not hard or rough and very durable!

I have it laid nicely over the guest bed but then it is also used as a cover/blanket when we have visitors. The material is not overly soft but it is also not scratchy which is important. The vintage red braided throw goes so perfect with our brown leather recliner and catches attention of everyone! It's elegant and sturdy with the perfect weight for all seasons! The color combination looks very beautiful and brightens up our corner. I washed it before use and there was no color bleed which is a plus and the wash enhanced the texture. It's not fluffy and has a unique vintage look and texture and it has the optimum weight. Also looks great on the bed! A thumbs up from me!

It's perfect for laying across the foot of your bed, tossing over the back of your sofa/recliner as well as draped across my cedar chest in my master bedroom. The light color goes well with practically any decor throughout your home. I really like the western look this throw gives off. I get stopped by any/all my guests who are curious and want to inquire on where they too can get one because it is so soft and inviting! I've fallen asleep curled up on my sofa numerous times for a nice, warm nap with mine!
