    Within less than a year this rug began falling apart. It was outside under shelter and barely walked on. It also sheds dust like crazy, you will be covered in white fibres when near it.

    Waste of time! It came with so many defects! Plus was ripped in two places. Also it was so heavy to bring it back to the store, inconvenience on top of inconvenience. I did see the reviews but I didn’t pay attention that majority of good reviews were “part of promotion”! And of course bad reviews were from us regular buyers.

    Rug is nice. I use it in the livingroom. 1.) My trouble is with the tassels which tend to curl and are fuzzy. They end up getting caught in the vacuum which makes it worse. 2.) The nylon binding that is entwined in the rug sticks out and you can feel it. It should be bound into the rug and not stick out. I don't know how long it will last. I can't return as I have had this rug almost 4 months.

    The colors of the rug are nice, however the fringe is suuuuuper weird. It’s like 6 Inch braids with fuzz at the ends. This will never work in front of a door (which is what I bought it for). Additionally, it was folded over before it was rolled up, and the square ridge that left in the rug is not relaxing out. It’s been on the floor for two days in the hopes it would flatten out. Returning this immediately.

    Great outdoor rug! Seems thick, lays well, good quality. Definitely smells at first but being outside doesn’t matter too much. Color looks like the picture, charcoal - mostly grey with some white threaded in there.

    The fringe edges are very bulky and unflattering. You won’t be able to vacuum the edge due to the fringe getting caught up. It is quite a thick rug if you’re looking for that. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t purchase this rug.

    This rug is much softer than I expected. We purchased the Charcoal (dark gray) and it matched the color shown on the screen. We have medium colored hardwood floors with a touch of cherry and the charcoal looks really nice with it. We ordered the runner 2' x 12'. The frayed ends looked fine when we unrolled it. They are about 6" long on our rug, but because I read other reviews I was expecting that. The frays do not look messy or untamed. I think the rug gives our hallway a very warm appearance now and it feels great underfoot. I recommend this rug!
