Owned chair for 1.5 years, hydraulics have broken. I was told it's out of warranty and they would send videos of how to fix it. It's a safety issues, chair just drops from full height to lowest without warning.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Hydraulic broke

Chair itself is nice, but the hydraulics broke after a few uses. There is no support/parts after you're outside your warranty window. My $100 chair from Wal-Mart is still better than this chair. I would steer away and buy something else unless you like to sit on the floor.

Disapointed with this chair. The seat is too tough and I had to buy an extra cushion for it. The leg rest is too short. The arm rests are terrible probably what I hate the most. They are adjustable inward/outward however there doesn't seem to be a way to lock them in place so when you're getting up from the chair they can just suddenly twist in/out and possible cause you to hurt yourself. I would not buy this again or recommend it.

Pretty decent chair, my husbands only complaint is the head cushion doesn’t sit in the right place because he’s 6.4 so that makes it a little uncomfortable. Recline feature is cool but don’t fool yourself into thinking you can recline all the way and not fall over. Overall pretty decent.

I love this chair. It’s perfect. It was easy to assemble; probably took me 20 minutes. It’s comfortable. I love the pull-out foot rest. And I’ve even fallen asleep on it before because the chair literally reclines all the way back. Lol I’m so serious.

Pretty, Comfy, Sturdy. I put this together myself Iin Aabout 30 Mins. Very comfortble & easy to adjust. Working from home 10 hours a day this chair is what I needed.
