There is a possibility that this product wasn't the best for your hair type and for a better experience, we recommend trying a richer conditioner. You can also try using a leave-in conditioner instead of one that you rinse out. Also, it may help to know that tangled hair is common and can be made worse when combing or scrubbing your hair while it's wet. To help with detangling, we recommend applying a rich conditioner to the dry tangled hairs, and leave it on for several minutes. Afterwards, take a fine-toothed comb and began to detangle the hairs. Be sure to start at the ends and inch your way up to the roots. We want to assure you that none of our products can cause or speed up hair breakage. It may help to know that for the product to pump properly, there must be a space between the bottom of the bottle and the tube the product goes up. This is true of most pump-style containers, and it's normal for a small amount of product to be left behind in the bottle. We know you will not be able to get every bit of product out, so we actually overfill our packages to ensure you get the amount that is printed on the package. Additionally, if the conditioner is thicker than usual, it may be due to the product potentially being exposed to very hot or cold temperatures. If this is the case, the product should return to its regular consistency when it returns to a normal room temperature.
